I booked an MOT 4-5 weeks in advance and requested a loan car. After chasing 2-3 times I was told a loan car was unavailable - very frustrating. When I arrived for MOT you had a loan car for me but never told me - so my wife had a wasted journey-poor

Not sure really - always had good service from HJ and bought two BMWs 10 - 12 years ago, always satisfied still have them! This time though was quite different - a little off hand - not quite so helpful as previous!

Louis' service was absolutely fantastic, could not fault him. He kept be consistently updated throughout the process and was completely transparent with how the team diagnosed my issue, and what would and wouldn't be covered within warranty.

Would have given 5 stars, but wasn't happy that when I was booking in person with Louis that he couldn't be bothered to track down my BMW / EMAC plan and left me to do the leg work. I gave him that feedback in an email, but not sure my point landed!

The car had to be kept for a 2nd day as I was told that you were busy. A simple service that was booked weeks in advance ! This meant that I had to disrupt Sat morning to collect the car that should have been serviced on the Fri, I am very busy too !

Team on service reception were good but the actual workshop didn't start work on my vehicle the day it was dropped off and kept providing details that were not correct. Car was in there for 3 days for a job that I was told would take less then 1 day.

Didn't have my car ready on the day. Rang at 5pm saying they would need to keep it. No remedy offered. I had to sort alternative transport to work the next day. Wash was awful, half the car was un washed, the clean half was covered in swirl marks.

Lied too, insurance documents forged, spoken to with an arrogant attitude and not like a customer. Told I was going to be charged due to the service team not call me back. Overall worst experience I've ever had. Would never advise anyone to come.

Car was booked in for investigation of a vibration and a complaint of poor stability, vehicle very sensitive to cross winds and has a tendency to sway from side to side on uneven road surfaces. Vibration diminished - sway remains.

I booked my wife's car in for an airbag recall replacement. She picked her car up later that day and was informed of a few faults. She drive the car off the forecourt and realised at the first roundabout that they've majority of electrics were out.
