Honestly, I wasn't that impressed with the service. I ordered the car on 30th December. It got to 1130 on the 9th (the day before I agreed to collect the car) and I had to call to chase up progress. Not a premium experience and all a bit rushed.

Unfortunately the car was covered in dust when collected. I couldn't find it in your vast parking lot and nobody could help..the myBMW app recorded a fault in the drive chain the next day..

The new showroom is lovely and everyone working there was friendly and helpful. The only downside/suggestion would be to number the parking bays so you can reference where your car is to the SA. Plus at the end of the day the parking was full

Car came back dirtier than it went in. Not sure how cars are being washed but the water needs changing or cars need towel drying. I'd asked for mine not to be washed but still went ahead and left dirty water to dry on the car.

The team at reception were very professional and friendly and the loan of a car by the sales team for the day was welcome. The only reason for dropping a star was that the sound on the video that was sent was almost incoherent unfortunately.

The only downside was the long wait we endured waiting for somebody to see us when we came to collect car and make payment, approx. 45mins. People that arrived later were seen first which was a little disappointing.

The new facility is amazing, I felt I was left waiting a while during drop off and pick up. The video didn't seem to upload. I was also surprised to find the mot certificate to say there was a nail in tyre but not mentioned by staff.

The whole process is time consuming with online appointments notifications required even when you've booked in.

Everything was fine about the recall fix I assume, just a bit annoyed all my radio stations and mobile phone settings needed redoing. Not got back how it was before, so every time I get in the car there's something to do

Unfortunately I was waiting 2hrs for my MOT service when I arrived to collect my car at the end of the day I was told it's not done and so I sat a waited till the end. As an apology I got the service for free which I thought was a really nice gesture

Firstly they booked me in for two rear tyres, changed them and didn't reconnect the sensors, so I had to come back the next morning to fix that. The tyres weren't pumped up to pressure so monitors still going off, and I also had a nail in front left

The error message on the car had to be escalated and wasn't fixed. They said it was fine to drive and they would contact me to bring the car back when they knew a fix. I still haven't heard.

Poor from the very beginning.We have a fleet of corporate leases with BMW. They didn't start work on car until later afternoon. They had to keep the car overnight but didn't want to help in terms of taxi/courtesy car. Felt v fobbed off by the advisor

The new building is posh. Glad to see the normal friendliness is still in place with nearly everyone. Ask the youngster on reception to improve her friendliness, it's the number-one attribute for meet-and-greet.

When centre console stopped working, I phoned dealer to book car in for repair, and was offered an appointment in a months time. Not acceptable when the cars functions were not available. I only got car repaired thro bmw assist who were excellent

It would have been 5 stars but I had asked for my vehicle not to be washed as it's only ever had contactless washes but this was ignored. Disappointed as I have not used a sponge on the paint work in the 2 years I have owned the car.

Prior to the day I received a message in the MyBMW app to book it in but the registration was wholly wrong. At 4:30pm on the day I was asked to grant another hour to diagnose whether the battery was faulty!! Another HOUR! I refused.

Great service from the advisor. he took the time to speak to me. I was let down by the quality of the valet and the cost was quite ridiculous. I do not require a video of the underneath of my car, I would rather you spend the time cleaning the car!

Really excellent customer service with great communication, easy access to staff, quick time from order to delivery (~ 7weeks) and substantial discount. In particular Ashley Fenton at Halliwell Jones provided a very high standard of care.
