Mark was exemplary from the minute I met him to the minute we shook hands as I left the dealership. The process from me walking through the door to driving away was flawless. The deal was that good it was impossible to say no!

My only criticism is the lack of information available from BMW about the details of the various options for the model I was purchasing. I would have preferred a printed sales brochure.

Time was taken in chosing between two models I was considering, including test drives. The dealer presented options of the preferred vehicle. Car was delivered in perfect condition, all features and controls explained, including post purchase.

Excellent advice and support given throughout the purchase of my new car by my contact at Halliwell Jones. I was given first class guidance to the product I wanted (and needed) - my scepticism of car sales people has no vanished. Chapeau to him!

Had a problem with my car making an awful groaning noise whilst reversing. Since the fix completed by the Wilmslow branch this so far hasn't returned.

All ok with service experience apart from replaced NSR tyre was under inflated, warning came on during journey home from service centre - too late to return car and inflated to correct pressure when arrived home

Easy to book an appointment through the online booking and the professional approach by Paul Dooley. Car was washed and vac'd after the inspection and was completed in a timely manner.

Two days afterwards (having not driven 20 miles), a Drivetrain error message appeared. Patrick told me that the work carried out would not have caused drivetrain message.turns out that the EGR valve was at fault..hmmh!

I am a customer of Southport but was stuck with a problem near to the Airport. Despite having no appointment Amie was really helpful in squeezing me in and resolving the problem, having the car back to me the same day so I could get home.

A long wait for appointment itself. Then, issues with a delay to the part that was needed arriving. As such, it took two days to fix. Comms were slow on this. Whilst this was compensated to some degree, at collection, it took 25 mins to find my car!

I booked the car in for an MOT and lost it for 2 and a half days due to the garage having trouble with the EGR recall. As I am retired, and so only have the one car, it made life awkward until I was given a loan car for the morning of the 3rd day.

Manner of male member of staff was pretty dismissive with myself and this was inconsistent as depending on the customer ( and I assume the job) I observed that he could be polite when other customers came in.

Excellent service and was informed of any work that needed doing prior to repair. The only downside is that the records need to be checked before payments are taken as I and my partner both have emac service plans that the staff are unaware of it.
