Overall, very good, although my car was in on Saturday morning and only one person dealing with customers. I had to wait a long time to be served.
I trust that the work is being done to a very high standard. I want to deal with them rather than a small back street garage. The valet was perfect too.

Everything was excellent but the service book wasn't mentioned and as a result hasn't been stamped. I hopefully won't be at the garage in the near future but just hope I remember when I am to get it stamped - it would have helped if the service recep
Whilst the car was in either due to testing or coding the battery was depleted on using the car for the next journey. Having to then put the car on charge the next day was inconvenient and could have been avoided had this been on charge duringthework

Too expensive for a simple oil change and micro filter. This feels like revenue grabbing. Also had to return at my inconvenience to have the service indicator turned off. Was made to feel like the service technician was doing me a favour.

The service and MOT was very thorough and I was most impressed by the new feature of the video sent to me recording the actual procedure complete with a running commentary that I found quite fascinating and i got to see the Engineers as a bonus .

I had booked the service of my car over the phone & agreed to wait. On arrival, 08.30, I was told there was no record of me waiting. I explained this wasn't my problem. Told I was 4th in line - got my car back at 11.30. No cups available for drinks.
I had my MOT & subsequent remedial work undertaken, I attended with my two children (2 and 5 weeks old). Two women in particular were exceptional in looking after us. Lisa Alvarado and Anna Boates on reception. They were outstanding in supporting us

Helpful staff but unable to resolve problem
The technician who I spoke to was exceptionally helpful but unfortunately he had not been briefed on why the car was having the visual inspection carried out. I had previously had a long conversation with the manager about my vehicles safety.
professional booking system to arrange service but chaotic drop off and pick up - I had to wait 45 minutes when collecting car and I am still waiting to hear back re part for faulty indicator 3 weeks later which was reason for service in first place

Booked my car in for a recall item on line. 24 hours before they cancelled, rebooked for a week later. No flexibility on appt times, just had to have car all day!
Contact I've had with after-sales have been good, particularly Andy in Parts who went out of his way to help with ordering a cargo net. I dealt with Mark in sales and currently waiting for a response to a query. (not enough space here!)

After 2 h in reception drinking tea no update so I left on the promise I would be called when the car was ready. By 5.00 heard nothing I called to be told yes it was ready. Arrived at 5.45 told to wait to discuss car. 6.25 was handed key no feedback
