I was contacted (and pressured) into having a new tyre as was told it was unrepairable. Luckily I decided to get a second opinion at Kwik Fit who actually went to the effort of removing the tyre to show me it was actually fine.

It was poor from point 1 above. Communication since as in point 3. I am going to have to waste another day bringing my car back as per point 2. I purchased an 85k which rattles and has a tear in a seat from getting in and out of it. Not ideal!

Issue not resolved. A poor, soulless experience with complete lack of customer empathy. The key focus for the dealership is maximising revenue. We have 2 BMWs in the household and there is ZERO chance of us ever returning to this dealership.
