The service was good and efficient but the problem is your location, not accessible by public transport so drop off and collection need assistance from family or friends

MOT was failed for spurious reasons. Service advisor mis-represented the law in my ability to have the MOT defects rectified elsewhere and tried to pressure me into buying services from them. The agreed repairs were not carried out in the advised tim

I was contacted (and pressured) into having a new tyre as was told it was unrepairable. Luckily I decided to get a second opinion at Kwik Fit who actually went to the effort of removing the tyre to show me it was actually fine.
